“They say that people become knowledgeable with age, but for Congress leaders it seems to work the opposite” said TRS legislature party leader Eetela Rajendar. He condemned the comments of Vayalar Ravi saying that Telangana is not a dosa to be served immediately.
Rajendar said such utterance will only hasten the downfall of Congress party in Telangana. He demanded that Vayalar Ravi should immediately apologize to the people of Telangana.
TRS MLA KT Rama Rao also severely castigated the irresponsible statements made by Vayalar Ravi and demanded immediate apology from him.
This is not the first time that Vayalar Ravi has gotten himself into trouble with his loose tongue.
Several Telangana activists are fuming with anger at the nonchalant attitude of Congress high command towards the Telangana issue. A series of derogatory remarks by a senior leaders of Congress prove that the party has scant respect for democratic peoples’ movements.
