Reject unscrupulous parties: Minister KTR tells people

Municipal Administration minister Mr KT Rama Rao has appealed to people to reject the unscrupulous political parties and leaders who are talking irresponsibly. Those without any knowledge about development and welfare are abusing the state government. They are attributing false motives and trying to derail the development process in the state.

Mr Rama Rao said people anywhere would always stand by the government that delivers its promises. The BRS government has been striving hard to bring about a drastic change in the state both on the development and welfare front. The state government would be laying the foundation stone for 14 new bridges across the river Musi. It was decided to extend the metro rail connectivity by 415 kilometres thus linking every corner of the city. It is being planned keeping in view the future needs of the people for decades to come.

Mr Rama Rao was addressing the gathering at a function LB Nagar where he distributed land right pattas under the GO 118 on Wednesday. At a time the state government is focused on the welfare of farmers arranging free 24-hour power supply, the opposition parties are trying to politicise the issue. Some of the opposition party leaders are acting like fools using foul language and are unmindful of the stature of other leaders. “We too can behave like them. But our culture is different. We cannot stoop to their level. Let people decide,” Mr Rama Rao said.

Mr Rama Rao, who is also the BRS party working president asserted that come what may, CM K Chandrasekhar Rao will strike a hat trick and is poised to become chief minister of Telangana for the third consecutive term.
