Scores of leaders of several opposition parties decried the increasing harassment by the central investigative agencies and accused the BJP of targetting opposition parties in the country.
Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar said the aim of the BJP is to obliterate the opposition in the country and bring one-party rule. Hence the harassment of leaders using central government agencies. People who are witnessing the deeds of the BJP are vexed by its greed for power.
Rajya Sabha member and eminent advocate, Kapil Sibal accused the BJP of targetting the states where the opposition parties were in the ruling. The ED has served summons to Trinamool Congress leader Anubratha Mandal’s daughter Ms. Sukanya and arrested another TMC youth wing leader Shantha Benarjee after eight hours of investigation.
