In an intereting development, erstwhile TDP MLA and leader of Telangana Nagara Samithi, Nagam Janardhan Reddy has met TRS supremo KCR at the latter’s residence and announced that he would work with TRS and TJAC in the uplcoming by-elections.
The latest move by Nagam Janardhan Reddy is considered as a positive step towards unification of all Telangana forces.
Nagam was accompanied by another ex-TDP MLA Hareeshwar Reddy. Also present at the meeting were TRS leaders Harish Rao and Jithender Reddy.
Speaking to mediamen, Nagam said that he would be contesting the by-election as an independent. He said KCR and himself would do a joint campaign for the byelections.
“Our goal is the ensure that both Congress and TDP lose their deposits” said Nagam.
