Minister KT Rama Rao came down heavily on the BJP leaders for their unreasonable criticism of the BRS government and its leaders. Addressing the gathering at Yellareddypet in Sircilla, he said pointing a finger is very easy but proving oneself is very difficult. The BJP MP Bandi Sanjay who day in and day out hurls abuses at BRS government indeed did nothing to the people of Karimnagar. Did he get a single educational institution or any welfare programme for people? Did he bring any development projects to the state? he questioned.
Bandi Sanjay is ready every morning with his list of abuses. Is this the people expect from an elected public representative? They come into politics promising to serve people but that they are doing there for you all to see, KTR said. Mr Rama Rao asked people not to get carried away by false promises and derail the ongoing development and welfare programmes in the state. Indeed you strengthen our visionary CM KCR by voting for him en masse in ensuing elections and get more benefits from his leadership.
Earlier, the minister took part in several development programmes. He inaugurated the renovated and modernised school building at Yellareddypet. He emphasised the need for digital literacy in all government schools. He said he had given tabs to school children with the latest software and study material that cost rupees one lakh each. He wanted the children to make the best use of it and build a better life for themselves. The minister listed out the initiatives launched by the BRS government in the education sector.
