The TRS party working president and IT minister Mr K T Rama Rao has asked cadre to celebrate chief minister Mr K Chandrasekhar Rao’s birthday for three days.
He asked them to conduct social service activities as a tribute to the leader who realised the 60-year long dream of a separate Telangana state. The celebrations will be held from February 15 to 17.
Mr Rama Rao wanted the party workers to organise `Annadaanam’ (feeding poor) on February 15 at hospitals, homes for the aged, and orphanages and distribute fruits and clothes.
On February 16, blood donation camps will be held at all Constituency headquarters.
On February 17, on Mr KCR’s birthday, the party workers are asked to conduct all religious prayer meetings and plant saplings in a big way.
Apart from these programmes, those interested may take part in `Gift a Smile’ events and engage in other social service activities on their personal levels.
