KTR questions Rahul Gandhi on govt. jobs recruitment

BRS working president and minister Mr KT Rama Rao sought to know from Congress leader Rahul Gandhi what he knew about the aspirations of educated unemployed youth. Mr Rama Rao addressed street corner meetings at Bikkanur in Kamareddy district, Nizamabad town, Goshamahal on Saturday as part of his election campaign.

KTR was referring to Rahul Gandhi’s criticism of job notifications and recruitment in Telangana state. He said during the Congress regime, the government filled just one thousand jobs per year. Whereas the BRS government has filled 16,850 government jobs per year. “Can you show any state government that filled as many jobs as the Telangana state did in the country?” he sought to know from the Congress leader.

He appealed to people not to get misled by the allegations of Congress leaders on the ruling BRS party. The state government did the best of its ability and has suitable plans for the future. The government will bring out a job calendar next year and will take the views of the educated unemployed into consideration before finalising the job calendar. He said he had interacted with the scores of job aspirants and is aware of their aspirations completely.

Mr Rama Rao addressing people in Kamareddy district has said his party would return to power and will definitely set up industries in Kamareddy district for the benefit of job aspirants. It will set a new development plan for the district.
