KT Rama Rao, former minister and Working President of the BRS party, inaugurated Dropit Premium Laundry Service today in Hyderabad. The new business venture was started by two young entrepreneurs, Rakesh and Murali, under the CMSTEI program, an initiative launched by the erstwhile BRS government to help tribal youth become successful entrepreneurs.
Speaking on the occasion, KTR said, “I am delighted to launch Dropit Premium Laundry Service. It is commendable that the owners, Rakesh and Murali, have started a business that not only provides jobs but also offers employment to ten other people.”
Former CM KCR launched CMSTEI (Chief Minister Scheduled Tribe Entrepreneur and Innovation) scheme to help hundreds of tribal children grow industrially. “We have provided them with training through ISB to support them in every possible way. We have set up a green channel through the government to offer them comprehensive support,” said KTR.
KTR added that it was heartening to hear that the youngsters plan to expand the Dropit Laundry Service further. “This is precisely what our BRS government envisioned. Many more tribal children should become industrialists. I urge the current government to continue this scheme and help tribal children become entrepreneurs,” he said.
KTR emphasized that no work is shameful. I want our people to work here rather than somewhere else. I promise to support Rakesh and Murali in every possible way. If the media broadcasts such positive stories, it will inspire many people.
