BRS President and former CM, KCR, visited Telangana Bhavan today to meet the party leaders. The meeting marks the BRS supremo’s first visit to the party headquarters after the loss in the recent assembly elections.
The BRS party is opposing the Congress government’s decision to hand over Krishna projects to the KRMB. KCR is expected to discuss the future action plan with party leaders in this regard. Furthermore, the BRS Party is contemplating organizing a public meeting in Nalgonda in the second week of February on the Krishna projects issue.
Earlier in the day, KCR was welcomed with a ceremonial reception as the party chief was visiting the Bhavan after the successful hip replacement surgery. BRS Working President KTR received KCR and accompanied him to the meeting hall. The BRS leaders from the Krishna river basin area and party cadre attended the meeting in large numbers.
