Increased land prices tell Telangana’s success story: CM KCR

The land prices in Telangana have increased steeply with the people and industry-friendly government at the helm of affairs in the state. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao during one of his meetings on Thursday pointed out that a good eco-system is prevailing in the state and it had become a sought-after place for one and all from far and wide.

“It is none other than the former Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu the other day said earlier if one sells an acre of land in Andhra Pradesh, they could buy 50 acres in Telangana. Now it is the other way round,” Mr KCR quoted. Today, if one sells an acre in Telangana, one can buy over 50 acres in Andhra Pradesh. In places like Patancheru in Hyderabad, an acre of land costs anywhere about Rs. 30 crore which is enough to buy 100 acres in Andhra Pradesh, Mr KCR said. It was all made possible with the stable government and able leadership in Telangana state.

There were times when leaders of Andhra Pradesh questioned the Telangana activists about how we would survive, where is the source of power and where is able leadership and so on. But the Telangana state answered all their questions within no time. The leadership here proved the cynics wrong on every count. The Telangana state will continue to thrive and flourish as never before, Mr KCR asserted.
