If Congress is voted, real estate in Hyderabad will suffer: KTR

BRS party working president and minister Mr KT Rama Rao has said if the Congress party is voted to power in Telangana, the real estate sector would suffer badly. In Karnataka, there was a fall of 28 per cent in real estate. The same would happen here as well.

“If the Congress has power, they will remove peoples’ power. That happened in the past. They are very eager to come to power making all impractical promises,” he said. Making a presentation on Telangana development, Mr Rama Rao said every household was given safe drinking water through Mission Bhagiratha with Rs. 38,000 crore. The government is also giving free power to farmers 24 hours.

“Now the Telangana is producing 3.5 crore metric tonnes of paddy, the highest in state history. Without a slew of interventions by the state government, it would not have been possible,” he pointed out. But during the Congress regime, the lands were parched. There was no power supply or irrigation water.

The BRS turned it all and hence sought people’s blessing once again. The Congress party failed the people several times. It had ruled the state government for 50 years but lacked a proper vision and commitment to the development of the state, he added.
