Chief Minister and BRS President K Chandrashekhar Rao to undertake a whirlwind tour from October 15th. He will be addressing 42 public meetings in 17 days. He will launch his political campaign from the Husnabad constituency. He launched his political campaign here in 2014 and 2018 also.
CM KCR targets 100 seats out of 119 seats. His tour is expected to turn the public mood in favour of the BRS party. BRS is the only party that declared 115 candidates for the forthcoming Assembly elections. It is much ahead of its political rivals, the BJP and Congress parties. Both the parties did not release their list of candidates even after the election schedule was announced.
There is no leader in opposition parties who matches the political acumen of Mr. KCR. He is known for his extempore and can spellbind the public. BRS government’s welfare programmes such as Rythu Bandhu, Pensions, Kalyana Laksmi and others are very popular among the public and they are sure to win votes for the BRS party. There is visible development such as new medical colleges, collector offices, district police offices and irrigation projects like the Kaleshwaram and Palamuru Rangareddy lift irrigation project will garner votes to the ruling party.
