The BJP leaders accorded a grand welcome and felicitated one Boora Prashanth upon his release from jail. He was arrested in the SSC paper leakage case. The party leaders tried their best to protect the accused by representing him in Court and trying to get him out of prison on bail. As soon as he came out, he was felicitated with garlands by the BJP leaders.
As the case began exposed, the same BJP leaders said they had no connection with the accused and Prashanth was known to them as a journalist. He was not a BJP worker or sympathiser. Now, the BJP leaders stand exposed protecting the criminals. Where there is an arrest, the BJP leaders come down in good numbers to protect them without going into the antecedents or background details of the case.
There were several instances where the accused who played a foul game with the BRS leaders were protected by the BJP leaders in the past.
