Telangana movement is all set to roar ferocioulsy once again. A meeting organized to felicitate outgoing TNGO leader K Swami Goud turned into a platform for the Telangana leaders to announce the intensification of the statehood movement.
TRS supremo KCR has announced the TRS party would wait for another week or two and launch a severe agitation from August 20th. He said the UPA government should decide if they want to initiate Telangana formation or face dire consequences.
Telangana Congress leaders like K. Keshava Rao and Ponnam Prabhakar also severely castigated their own party for the unending mulling over Telangana. They announced that several Telangana Congress MLAs and MPs are ready to take a direct plunge into the movement.
Telangana Employee union leaders announced that they would play a crucial role in the upcoming agitations. They also said that the Telangana government employees are ready for even a 100 day strike.

MLC Chukka Ramaih appealed to political parties not to use the statehood movement for their political benefit. He said that the people of Telangana are ready to take lathis into their hands if the need arises.
Nagam Janardhan Reddy from Telangana Nagara Samithi and Kishan Reddy from BJP also spoke at the occasion.
