Telangana Joint Action Committe has called for a “Chalo Assembly” on June 14th. The steering committee of TJAC, which met at TNGO Bhavan at Nampally yesterday was attended by TRS president KCR and BJP state president G Kishan Reddy.
TJAC decided to launch a campaign about this program from June 1st. Speaking to the media after the meeting TJAC CHairman Prof Kodandaram said that all the JAC consituent organizations would take up door-to-door canvassing about the Chalo Assembly program.
TRS legislature party leader Eetela Rajender, Ex Central Minister Ch Vidyasagar Rao, CPIML New Democracy leaders Suryam, Goverdhan, TNGO leader Deviprasad, Ravinder Reddy, TEEJAC leader Raghu, TGO leader Srinivas Goud and others participated in the meeting.
KCR called upon the Telangana activists to launch protest programs in every village if the state government resorts to repressive measures on Chalo Assembly.
