Bihar Assembly Opposition Leader Tejaswi Yadav calls on CM Mr KCR.

Son of former Bihar chief minister Mr Lalu Prasad Yadav and presently the Opposition leader in the Assembly Mr Tejaswi Yadav called on Telangana chief minister Mr K Chandrasekhar Rao here today.

Described as a courtesy visit, both the leaders including former Bihar minister Abdul Bari Siddiqui, former MLC Sunil Singh, and former MLA Bhola Yadav met Mr KCR at Pragathi Bhavan.

Though it was described as a courtesy visit, Mr KCR seems to be becoming a central figure in national politics. The other day the national leaders of both CPI and CPI (M) called on Mr KCR and discussed the possible alternate force to BJP in the ensuing elections. Many regional parties and national parties were trying to forge a separate unity to end BJP’s rule at Centre and Mr KCR was more articulate in this regard for the past many years. In this background the visit of several leaders of different political parties to Hyderabad to meet CM Mr KCR assumes significance.
